In-Stock Items: Our store requires 1-3 business days of processing time for all Store Pick Up Orders for in stock items. Another notification will be sent via ZenDesk when your order has been transferred. If you aren't able to make it to the specified location, no worries! Please respond to the same ticket and let us know, and we will be happy to transfer your order but it will take a few extra days. Additionally, staff may let you know if there has been a change in the pick up location depending on where the inventory is currently available.Any older pre-orders that were placed for pick up at the 199-13 location will also be transferred to that location automatically. We can always transfer your order to the 199-13 location if requested.All restock is held at this location and new inventory also arrives there, so we are able to process pick up orders a little faster with this location as the default pick up location. FYI- Order confirmations and processing notifications are not store pick up notifications!Ĭurrently, our default pick up location is set to the College Point Retail/Warehouse location (120-07 20th Ave, Queens, NY 11356).
